A comment about your behavior
October 3, 2008I want to talk about your behavior in class today. First, I wasn’t pleased with how many people came to class late. There, I said the negative stuff. Now on to the positives: I was impressed by how quickly you got focused on math once you did arrive. The ability to switch gears from the atmosphere of the quad during lunch to preparing to take a quiz is a sign of maturity, and frankly I was even a little surprised by how well you did it. This encourages me even more about the successes we will experience in the days and weeks ahead. Thank you.
P.S. I hope your effort to focus turns into good scores on the quiz–I haven’t had a chance to look at them yet.
