#38 is a construction. You will need a compass (which you should have, if you had paid attention to the list of necessasry materials given at the beginning of the year). We will go over this construction in class on Monday, but it will make much more sense for you if you have tried it for homework. Coming up later this marking period, I am planning on assigning a packet of constructions, sort of like a paper that you might write in English class or a project you might do for a Social Studies class.
